Holt Parish Council has submitted another objection comment on the Redcliffe Homes outline planning application in direct response to the comments made by the WC Highways Officer. We discussed our objection comments at our February HPC meeting.

Wiltshire Council have updated the consultation deadline on the outline planning application by Redcliffe Homes. It is now 20th January. You can comment directly online using this link .
18th December 2024
Redcliffe Homes have submitted revised documents for their outline planning application for up to 55 homes north of Melksham Road largely in response to the strong objection of the WC Landscape Officer.
There is now another re-consultation live on the WC website, and we would encourage residents to comment even though we know the timing is not ideal. (PL/2024/05435) – https://development.wiltshire.gov.uk/pr/s/planning-application/a0iQ3000006tdm1IAA/pl202405435
The official 21 days consultation period runs until 3rd January, as advertised. However, HPC have negotiated an extension until Mon 20th January with residents able to comment after 3rd January too. You are advised to email developmentmanagement@wiltshire.gov.uk, using PL/2024/05435 as a title, if responding between 3rd-20th January 2025.
HPC will be discussing the Redcliffe Homes outline planning application at our next meeting from 7:30pm on Thursday 16th January 2025.

December 2024
The decision deadline date is 12th December. Holt Parish Council have contacted the Planning Officer to ask about the current situation. She has not received any further documents from Redcliffe Homes.
November 2024
Holt Parish Council met with the Planning Officer. She told us that Redcliffe Homes were going to submit more documentation.
September 2024
The decision date has been extended until 12th December 2024. The planning officer has told us this is because Redcliffe Homes will be submitting more documents.
