The Parish Council is a statutory consultee for planning applications in the parish. Wiltshire Council is the planning authority and although the parish must be consulted, its views are not binding on the authority. It is Parish Council policy to normally return “No comment” on all applications for alterations to existing dwellings that do not have an impact on the wider village. It is left to neighbours to raise any concerns over such applications with Wiltshire Council. Advice and assistance may be obtained from our Wiltshire Councillor, Trevor Carbin.
Planning applications and decisions may be viewed here.
The planning application number is linked to the Wiltshire Council website. If you click on the link you will see the page for the specific application. If you wish to view or ” download the plans and documents” click on those words on the top right of that page.
